The shipping charges calculated by this web site are for residents of the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska residents. Residents in Hawaii or Alaska must call for a freight quote before ordering. Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours from the time of order. Please allow one week for delivery to most destinations.
Risk of Damage
Ground Shipping (Fedex, UPS, USPS): Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC is responsible for all damage on Ground orders. Shipping insurance is included at no charge on all items that ship Ground. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery of product.
LTL Freight: Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC is responsible for all damage on LTL Freight orders. Shipping insurance is included at no charge on all items that ship LTL Freight. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery of product.
Collections
A 30% collection fee will be added to all accounts that are found to be uncollectable and forwarded to our attorney. This will also apply to purchases made with invalid credit cards, failed Pay-Pal transactions or credit card stop payments that do not comply to our terms and conditions.

The Lone Star set features a heavy bark straight front log with split and bark top logs and pine cones. The lower profile good for standard factory-built and larger fireplaces.
All Rasmussen Indoor Vented Burners (included in set) are constructed of heavy 16-gauge steel, with ½â€ schedule-40 pipe (not light duty tubing) for the main burner tube and ¼â€ steel tubing for the ember booster portions. All seams are welded for maximum performance and durability. Outdoor models are also available and constructed of Stainless Steel.
Rasmussen vented burners utilize a pan filler, which completely covers the burner tube(s). The gas pressurizes beneath the filler, then breaks through into a dancing, smoky, wood-like flame. Pan filler is included with all log sets and varies with gas type: White Sand for Natural Gas; Black Volcanic Ash for Propane (plus an air mixer and orifice).
Rasmussen log sets are available with a factory installed gas control. Controls provide a convenient means of lighting the burner while providing shutdown of the gas flow to the burner in case of an interruption in the gas supply or a flame out. Choose from Manual or Electronic Ignition Control Types.
Manual Control models are upgradeable to utilizes an on / off wireless remote or a variable flame height wireless remote. Click here to view optional remote kits for the upgradeable manual control valve.
Electronic Ignition models are shipped standard with a variable flame height wireless remote control and Valve Vanisher Technology.
All models are ANSI Certified (Z21.84).
