Shipping charges are calculated for residents of the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. For orders in Hawaii or Alaska, please call for a freight quote before ordering. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Allow one week for delivery to most destinations.

Risk of Damage

UPS Ground Orders: Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC covers all damage on UPS Ground orders, with shipping insurance included at no charge. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery.

LTL Freight: Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC also covers damage on LTL Freight orders, with shipping insurance included. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery.
