Refund policy

Items sold by Hearthside.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items. The return policy also applies to products refused upon delivery. Hearthside pays the return shipping cost and waives the re-stocking fee if the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-returnable items include:

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items returned without prior authorization.
Installed items or items not in the original carton.
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
Special order products such as Elmira Stove or Heartland Stove products.
