The shipping charges calculated by this web site are for residents of the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska residents. Residents in Hawaii or Alaska must call for a freight quote before ordering. Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours from the time of order. Please allow one week for delivery to most destinations.
Risk of Damage
Ground Shipping (Fedex, UPS, USPS): Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC is responsible for all damage on Ground orders. Shipping insurance is included at no charge on all items that ship Ground. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery of product.
LTL Freight: Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC is responsible for all damage on LTL Freight orders. Shipping insurance is included at no charge on all items that ship LTL Freight. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery of product.
Collections
A 30% collection fee will be added to all accounts that are found to be uncollectable and forwarded to our attorney. This will also apply to purchases made with invalid credit cards, failed Pay-Pal transactions or credit card stop payments that do not comply to our terms and conditions.

Our compact stoves stand two feet tall and are rated at 20,000 Btu à ideal for heating smaller spaces. Compact Stoves come in three finishes à porcelain black, porcelain mahogany, and matte black.
Our porcelain stoves start with a hand-applied pigment and glass mixture thatÕs oven fired to 1,500 degrees Fahrenheit to produce a rich durable finish that both softens and highlights edges. Porcelain finishes capture and reflect room light for exceptional visual interest. The porcelain mahogany finish features light and dark accents, for added visual interest.

Floor pads are available but not required. You can place your Empire Stove directly on carpet or tile.
All Empire Direct-Vent Cast Iron Stoves include a matte black barrier screen that mounts over the fireplace opening.
