The shipping charges calculated by this web site are for residents of the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska residents. Residents in Hawaii or Alaska must call for a freight quote before ordering. Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours from the time of order. Please allow one week for delivery to most destinations.
Risk of Damage
Ground Shipping (Fedex, UPS, USPS): Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC is responsible for all damage on Ground orders. Shipping insurance is included at no charge on all items that ship Ground. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery of product.
LTL Freight: Hearth and Grill Sales, LLC is responsible for all damage on LTL Freight orders. Shipping insurance is included at no charge on all items that ship LTL Freight. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery of product.
Collections
A 30% collection fee will be added to all accounts that are found to be uncollectable and forwarded to our attorney. This will also apply to purchases made with invalid credit cards, failed Pay-Pal transactions or credit card stop payments that do not comply to our terms and conditions.

Chillbusterâ„¢ CoalFireâ„¢ is a vent-free coal-effect gas fire set designed for small, shallow depth Victorian, coal and wood burning fireplaces.
Chillbuster CoalFire is a vent-free coal effect gas fire set designed for:
- Victorian, coal burning or fireplaces which were not designed for burning wood, but has a flue.
- Flue area is very small in comparison to the area of the opening, resulting in spillage of combustion products.
- Chimney is old. As a result, fireplace cannot be used without an expensive reline or reconstruction.
- Shallow depth of the fireplace. Most traditional gas log sets require a minimum of 12" of depth.
- You like the appearance of a coal-effect basket as a pleasing alternative to traditional gas logs
- You want to turn your unused fireplace into a source of heat for the room.
Chillbuster CoalFire Fireplace Heater ("C9" series) incorporates the following features:
- State-of-the-art lanced-port opposed-louver burner, the heart of all Rasmussen Chillbuster vent-free sets
- The coals are made from the same refractory material from which we make our gas log sets. No potentially harmful ceramic fiber.
- Certified to both the vent-free (ANSI Z21.11.2) and vented (ANSI Z21.60) standards, so CoalFire can be used in vent-free, vented and reduced vent installations.

- Height (to top of burner) = 6.625â€

- Lowest point of flame = approx. 5 1/8†from the floor.
- The glow starts at about 5.5" and emanates from the coals as well as the stainless steel pieces that hold the coals. - Absolute minimum fireplace depth required = 6.5â€, the maximum forward-most projection of the flame. - Minimum Fireplace Depth Required for Baskets: Classic = 9.5â€; Americana and Moderne = 8.375â€
